Ella conducts women-based seminars and workshops for groups and organizations throughout the country. Ella received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Health Education from Bishop College and attended Texas Women’s University for her Master’s Degree in Psychology. She taught in The Dallas Independent School District for 22 years as a Biology, Psychology, Sociology, Health and Social Studies instructor. She now travels the world spreading her frank advice on female empowerment.
